Time extensions on the day are prohibited – please consider the time required when booking.

ADMISSION

The organisers of functions are responsible for the strict control of those present on our premises (including in the grounds). The premises should be left clean and tidy and returned to the condition in which they were found. Please consider the time required for setting up and cleaning up when you make your booking.

DECORATIONS

Please respect our vintage 1920s building. Hooks to hang decorations are dotted around the facilities. Blu-tak is the only method by which decorations should be temporarily fixed and must be removed after the event. Please do not use sellotape, masking tape, staples or drawing pins as these can damage the hall.

NOISE

Please note the community centre is in a residential area and excessive noise does annoy our neighbours. Sound amplification and the use of loud speakers is not allowed inside or outside of the building unless agreed in advance. Also, evening party bookings will now end at 20.00 until such time as the new centre is built and sound control can be properly managed.

LICENSED PREMISES

The Community Centre is a licensed premises and the bar is open subject to availability and should be requested at the time of booking. Please note that the bar is not open all the time.

If you have any particular bar product requests, please ask at time of booking.

You may not bring your own alcohol onto the premises and we do not allow corkage.
